Highlights from 2022 BAYEx CADA Yacht Experience:
Art Basel Miami Beach is in its 22nd edition and BAYE x CADA is in its 2nd. The Black Art presence has grown significantly since the inception of what is now called Miami Art Week. BAYE's mission is to curate an event that will create lasting relationships around those who love culture, fashion, art and music. The Thursday boat event continues to be an annual Homecoming for the Black Art Sect during Art Week Miami, and this year we've added a Saturday 'Brunch by the Beach' to the package! This year's itinerary:
Thurs 12/7 @6pm-8pm Vernissage VIP Reception: Adjacent to the Venetian Marina & Yacht Club, in a suite with panoramic bay views, invitees will enjoy a private art viewing reception from 6pm-8pm. A perfect way to beat the traffic and board the boat with ease.
Thurs 12/7 @8pm-11pm Yacht Party: Boarding at 8pm, and setting sail at 9pm, this event will offer music, drinks, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and a a wonderful view & bay breeze to kick of Art Basel weekend right! **Just Added: Live performance by Hommeboy**
Sat 12/9 @11am-1pm Brunch by the Beach: Located in the center of South Beach, CADAxBAYE will host a brunch at the Art Deco Museum located on 10th & Ocean Drive, Network with a diverse crowd and enjoy the beach vibes. This is a perfect place to start your day and check out the 2 art fairs on the beach: SCOPE at 8th St, and Untitled at 12th St.

How Do I Get to Both Events? The VIP Reception is at 6pm at a private bayfront suite at the DoubleTree Hilton Biscayne at 1717 N Bayshore Dr Miami 33132. At 8pm, we will walk next door to the Venetian Marina & Yacht Club at 1635 N Bayshore Drive Miami, FL 33132. (Use Trinity Cathedral for GPS: 464 NE 16th St, Miami, FL 33132) Guests will be alerted of the suite number and pier number prior to the event. There is limited parking near the marina and during Art Week there may be no parking in the immediate area. The Trinity Cathedral parking lot that gets full frequently to the right of the Marriott adjacent to the marina (usually $20). Please note that the Marriott hotel is not obligated to park cars of non-guests. There may be public parking garage space or street parking available within a one-mile radius, so plan to arrive by 5:30 p.m. in anticipation of this challenge. Also note that it can take over an hour to get from South Beach to the mainland during Art Basel, so plan accordingly!
